Charity Donations: She Creature - Queen of the Lair

We continue to spotlight donations from dealers, members, and staff.

Another amazingly detailed action figure display model. The picture does not do it justice, it's a wonderfully composed figure, with a base and lots of accessories. You simply will have to come to the Silent Auction exhibit space to check it out for yourself!

This donation comes from Steven Rose, Jr., and is called She Creature - Queen of the Lair.  It comes from the Stan Winston collection. Stan Winston made a movie for cable TV called She-Creature (a remake of the 1950s B movie of the same name) and so the action figure is based on that. It's very articulately sculpted and comes with a prop-like platform.

Again, I hope you'll come out and support the Worldcon76 in San Jose Charity Auction, the beneficiary of which is the Alzheimer's Association. If you're a fan of fantastic art, unique collectables and just really cool stuff, there's sure to be quite a few items that you'll need to add to your collection.
